Where the Website enables files, metadata, token images, JSON documents, or other materials to be uploaded to IPFS or other decentralized storage systems, such files may be stored, pinned, cached, replicated, indexed, or removed by third-party providers independently from the Company. The Company does not guarantee that any IPFS content, gateway URL, CID, image, or metadata file will remain available for any specific period of time, unless an explicit written retention commitment is separately provided. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of uploaded files, metadata, CIDs, and any information required for your project.

5.6. The Website does not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, regulatory, or securities advice. Any information, examples, templates, descriptions, or interface labels are provided for general informational and technical purposes only. You should obtain independent professional advice before creating, launching, selling, distributing, promoting, or using any token, smart contract, metadata, or blockchain-based asset.

5.7. The Company is not a wallet provider, custodian, broker, exchange, investment adviser, payment institution, financial intermediary, or fiduciary. The Company does not custody your funds, tokens, private keys, seed phrases, wallet credentials, or deployed assets, and cannot recover, reverse, cancel, or modify blockchain transactions.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Website, including any loss related to blockchain transactions, wallet interactions, network fees, token configurations, metadata, IPFS availability, third-party gateways, RPC providers, storage providers, or external services.

6.2. The Company’s aggregate liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) for accessing the Website.

NOTE: Data collected on a blockchain network or transactions are public for its own nature. Any data stored in a blockchain network may be accessible through other applications or exploring the blockchain itself. Token metadata, image links, IPFS CIDs, wallet addresses, and other public identifiers may also be displayed, cached, indexed, or processed by third-party wallets, explorers, gateways, and applications outside our control.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

10.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of Italy.

10.2. Any disputes arising from your use of the Website shall be resolved through arbitration in Italy, unless otherwise required by law.

11. Termination

11.1. The Company reserves the right to terminate or restrict your access to the Website at its sole discretion, with or without cause.
